Thoughtful Planning Across Senior Music

The Year 12 and 13 programmes include guidance on cultural integrity and kaitiakitanga, authentic student evidence, acknowledgement of sources and AI use. Shared planning structures and handover tools help teachers support progression between year levels.

Availability: All NCEA Levels 1–3 and Phase 5 Years 11–13 resources are complete, available now and included in this bundle.

Curriculum basis: The Phase 5 programmes are independent teaching resources developed from the Ministry of Education’s October 2026 draft. They distinguish draft curriculum content from teacher-designed sequences and activities, with space to incorporate future assessment requirements. They are not Ministry- or NZQA-approved assessment packages.

Phase 5 materials will be reviewed and updated as further curriculum and assessment information becomes available.
